Head of Product & Systems Management Salary: £65,000 Location: London(Hybrid) 35 days annual leave, great pension, enhanced disability & carer leave, fantastic modern offices

I'm working with a charity organisation looking to hire a head of Product & Systems Manager to join after a strong period of digital and operational change. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing team and drive a modern Product Management approach across key business systems, including CRM, Finance, HR, Intranet, and Microsoft applications.

In this role you will be responsible for both introducing and embedding Product Management, as well as overseeing system support across the organisation and managing a team of support engineers and product managers to help shape the future of the tech function.

Skills required for the Head of Product & Systems Management are:- Proven experience delivering business system development- Strong understanding of Product Management, system workflows, service management and user engagement- Ability to lead a team- An expert communicator & Great Enthusiasm
