Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of SDETs, including recruitment and onboarding
• Mentor junior and senior SDETs to grow their technical and testing capabilities
• Drive test automation strategies and team planning for complex software systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to document and maintain scalable automation frameworks
• Advocate Agile best practices throughout the development lifecycle
• Provide training sessions on automation tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies

Technical Requirements:

• Strong coding skills in Java
• Hands-on experience with:
• Selenium WebDriver for UI automation
• JMeter for performance testing
• RESTful APIs testing
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
