Well-capitalised and backed by leading investors, they're now looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join a lean, high-calibre engineering team of fewer than 20 engineers.

The Role

You'll join a lean, high-calibre engineering team and play a key role in shaping both the product and technical direction of the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and building scalable backend systems that power a highly technical AI-driven platform
• Developing algorithms, data pipelines and intelligent workflows that automate complex engineering processes
• Owning projects end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through to deployment and iteration
• Working across the entire backend stack, including APIs, infrastructure, databases and machine learning systems
• Collaborating closely with product teams and domain experts to solve challenging real-world problems
• Influencing engineering best practices, technical strategy and the long-term evolution of the platform
