An early-stage, well-funded AI company is building the infra to speed up real-world innovation in industries e.g. aerospace, healthcare, and energy. Backed by top-tier investors (from companies e.g. Spotify, Reddit, Coinbase, Flexport, etc), theyve just closed a 10x oversubscribed $4.5M seed round.

Theyre looking for a Founding Engineer - someone who ships fast, thinks like a founder, and wants to define how AI gets used in the physical world.

• 2+ years engineering experience with a strong builder mindset
• Proven work with LLMs (agents, function calling, LangChain, RAG, SFT/RL tuning)
• Infra knowledge across cloud, containerization, graph/relational DBs
• Bonus: early-stage startup or founder experience

Youll be doing:

• Shipping code to prod on Day 1
• Building end-to-end features
• Owning problems beyond just engineering (infra, hiring, customer calls)
• London-based (6-day in-person type of culture, visa sponsored)
• Up to 180k + meaningful equity (depending on experience)
• Full relocation support
• Small, intense, close-knit team building something from scratch
