They have an extremely high hiring bar and are looking for the very best emerging engineering talent. This could be a recent graduate from a top university or an engineer with a few years of experience, provided you have the technical ability, ambition, and drive to match.ð As an AI Engineer, you'll be building at the intersection of engineering, AI, and product: AI & LLM Engineering – building AI-native workflows and intelligent systemsProduct Engineering – solving real problems and delivering meaningful outcomesRapid Execution – shipping features quickly, iterating, and continuously improvingEnd-to-End Ownership – taking ideas from concept through to productionDomain Expertise – getting to grips with a complex industry and challenging the status quoTechnical Innovation – contributing fresh ideas and helping shape the architecture as the company scalesð They're looking for engineers who are:ð Academically exceptional – ideally from a top university, with a strong background in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related disciplineð Technically outstanding – potentially with experience in programming competitions, Olympiads, ICPC, BMO, or similarð AI-native – genuinely excited about the possibilities of LLMs and building with AIð¡ Product-minded – focused on outcomes and solving problems, not just writing codeð Highly ambitious – hungry to learn, grow, and make a significant impactAutonomous & proactive – comfortable taking initiative, making decisions, and driving things forward independentlyða Comfortable with ambiguity – excited by a zero-to-one environment where there isn't always a playbookða High ownership – willing to roll up your sleeves, work hard, and take responsibility for what you buildYou'll be joining an experienced engineering team where you can learn from people who've tackled complex infrastructure and scaling challenges, while bringing fresh thinking and helping define how AI can transform an entire industry. ð«ð1⁄4 ð«2ð1⁄2This is not a role for someone looking to sit back and wait for instructions.
