Project Manager - Retail System Implementation Contract Length: 6 MonthsLocation: Hybrid (London HQ)Day Rate: £400-£425 Outside IR35Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new retail system, working closely with the selected system provider and internal teams. You'll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle - from planning and risk management to data migration, system integration, testing, and user training - ensuring the system meets business needs and drives organisational adoption.

Key Experience Required* Proven experience managing ERP or retail system implementations* Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement* Expertise in business process mapping and user acceptance testing (UAT)* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors* Ability to coordinate training, change management, and ensure smooth system adoption* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points* Experience working with retail or digital teams on data migration and system integration* Track record of delivering projects on time and within scope* Familiarity with data security and compliance standards
