Senior Software Engineer

Member of Technical Staff (Go/Java/Rust)

Up to 150,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are working with the first post-LLM open banking platform. The company is looking to add several Senior Engineers to their team in Liverpool Street, London. The platform is designed to replace legacy core systems at Banks.

The team are very experienced, with Tier-1 executive banking experience in-house. At the time of writing, they are under twenty employees; they're looking to expand the team by 10+ Engineers in Q1 this year.

You'll be working on building an event-sourced transaction engine, interest/pricing engine, real-time data plane & much more.

Requirements:

• AI-assisted coding experience. This can be at work, or in your own time. The client are AI-first and heavily utilize tools such as Claude and Cursor. If you have not used these or similar tools yet. This position is probably not for you.

• Backend Engineering experience using either Java, Golang or Rust.

• Experience working with Kafka/event-driven systems.
