We’re working with a well-funded, early-stage InsurTech rethinking how complex claims are handled—using a powerful mix of AI + human-in-the-loop systems to solve problems that genuinely matter.

They’re hiring a Software Engineer to take ideas from 0 → 1 → scale. You’ll own features end-to-end—shaping the product, building fast, and shipping to production. This isn’t about bolting AI onto old systems. You’ll be building AI-native workflows from scratch alongside a small, exceptional team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and shipping full-stack features powered by LLMs
• Prototyping fast and iterating even faster
• Working closely with founders on product direction
• Turning messy, real-world problems into elegant solutions
