Enterprise Architect - Oracle

Location: Remote Once a month for adhoc meetings

Day Rate: 1200 Inside IR35

Were seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimisation of enterprise IT systems as part of a large-scale business transformation programme.

Youll play a key role in ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms across Oracle ERP, Financials, and HCM, while driving seamless integration and establishing best-in-class enterprise architecture practices. There are a lot of moving parts which require a person who is highly experienced in dealing with fast moving programmes with strict deadlines.

Key Experience Required

7+ years experience in Enterprise Architecture, with deep expertise in Oracle ERP, Financials, and HCM systems
Strong integration experience is needed
Broad understanding of enterprise architecture domains, including identity, networks, workplace/device strategy, and hosting
Experience delivering large-scale integration and migration projects in fast-paced environments (e.g., retail, media, technology, PE-backed businesses)
Project accounting experience for Oracle Financials
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware tools
Experience with regulatory compliance, data governance, and security best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
