We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the discovery phase of a major digital transformation programme focused on redesigning an end-to-end customer journey.

This role centres around customer research, journey optimisation, analytics and product strategy rather than sprint management or feature delivery.

Lead product discovery
Analyse customer behaviour
Improve conversion throughout the customer lifecycle
Define future product strategy
Work closely with Product Design
Prioritise opportunities
Present recommendations to senior leadership
Prepare work ready for engineering delivery
