Senior Salesforce Business Analyst – Field Service Transformation
Length - 12-month contract, mid September start
Day Rate - £550 a day Outside IR35
Location - Hybrid - Travel to Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham is required
I'm looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a major Salesforce transformation within a large UK infrastructure organisation.
You'll be joining client-side as they replace their existing Works Management System with Salesforce Field Service, transforming how work is planned, scheduled and delivered across a large field-based operation.
What we're looking for:
- Worked on end-to-end Salesforce implementations (in Field Service)
- Strong Salesforce Field Service / FSL experience
- Discovery, requirements and process transformation
- Field service, workforce management or operational transformation experience
- Complex systems integration exposure
- Confidence challenging stakeholders and implementation partners
- Utilities/infrastructure experience.
This isn't a BA role for someone who simply documents requirements.
We need someone who can challenge existing processes, shape the future state and help make sure the transformation lands operationally.
