Business Development Manager | Exeter (Hybrid) | £40,000 Basic + £80,000 OTE
I'm working with a high-growth tech business based in Exeter, currently going through an exciting period of expansion. With recent investment secured and big growth targets ahead, they’re now looking to bring a Business Development Manager on board to help drive new revenue and strengthen their presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline from initial outreach through to close
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
- Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging and support growth
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally within tech, SaaS, or a similar solutions-based environment
- Proven success against targets
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Confident managing the full sales cycle
- Driven, self-motivated, and commercially minded
- Quick to learn new products and technology - full training provided
