Onboarding & Customer Training Specialist - Exeter (Hybrid) - Permanent - Up to £30k (DOE)

Uneek Global is excited to be working with a well-established, technology-focused company based in Exeter. They're looking for an enthusiastic and organised professional to join their team as an Onboarding and Customer Training Specialist. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide new users through the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and timely introduction to our tools and services.
• Design and deliver interactive, needs-based training sessions, primarily via remote platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase, providing timely responses and support.

About You:

• Excellent communicator with experience in customer-facing roles.
• Skilled in training delivery, onboarding, or customer success, ideally within a software or digital services environment.
• Customer-focused with a passion for creating positive, effective onboarding experiences.
