Technical Consultant - Remote (UK based) - Up to £55k

We are supporting a technology-focused organisation that designs, delivers, and supports software solutions to help complex, operationally critical environments run more efficiently to bring in a Technical Consultant.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a comparable role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate both technical and business concepts
- Technical and programming experience in one or more of the following areas: Database scripting languages (e.g. SQL-based technologies), Object-oriented programming languages, Web development frameworks (C# preferred)
- Previous experience working with billing is a must
Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer or new product requirements and produce technical specifications
- Implement software products and solution components
- Develop and modify software, including deployment-specific integration and configuration
- Support customer success by managing assigned service tickets and support requests
