Project Manager

Project Manager - London (Hybrid) - Up to £55k - Permanent

We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation seeking a confident and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives across data, technology, and business operations. This role plays a key part in driving modernisation across the organisation, helping teams adopt new platforms, improve processes, and deliver meaningful change.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of transformation and technology initiatives across data, platforms, and business processes
• Define project scope, timelines, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Develop and manage project plans, delivery roadmaps, and cross-functional team coordination
• Oversee the successful implementation of new systems, platforms, and ways of working

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering complex technology or transformation projects within a commercial environment
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working with technical delivery teams
• Hands-on experience with project delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or similar platforms
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Experience with Python and SQL
