Job Title: Mid-Senior Full-Stack Python Developer (Financial Services)

Location: London - Hybrid

Salary: £60-£85k DOE

Join a leading financial services firm specialising in OTC brokerage (FX, Swaps, Options) where data and technology drive everything we do. We're looking for a proactive Full-Stack Python Developer to help us build and scale high-performance, data-intensive products in a fast-paced environment.

Tech Stack & Skills:

• Python & Django (APIs, data pipelines)
• Front-end experience (React/Node.js)
• Azure cloud & large-scale data systems
• CI/CD, REST APIs, WebSockets
• Bonus: Financial product knowledge, Docker/Kubernetes

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on high-performance back-end systems
• Design APIs and integrate with external financial data sources and real-time feeds
• Support real-time data processing and ensure data integrity in collaboration with the wider Data Engineering team
• Contribute to architectural decisions to improve scalability and system design
• Develop services in an event-driven architecture
• Build clean, responsive front-end components
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
• Support production systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise
