Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE

Uneek are working with a leading professional services business who are expanding their technology team and looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead delivery across multiple projects and teams.

This role will give you the chance to shape how delivery frameworks scale as the business continues to grow!

• Driving continuous improvement of agile (Kanban) processes
• Partnering with engineers to integrate AI into development and data pipelines
• Overseeing delivery metrics, reporting, and governance
• Acting as the link between stakeholders and technical teams
• Designing scalable delivery frameworks to support future growth

Requirements:

• Experience leading technical delivery in fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Solid understanding of agile ways of working (Kanban in particular)
• Skilled with JIRA, Confluence and Azure DevOps
• Comfortable managing distributed/global teams
• Financial services knowledge is desirable
