Title: Account Executive (Mid-Market / Enterprise)
Location: London (Victoria), 5 days in office
Salary & Package: (£60–80k DOE) + uncapped OTE (£110–140k+), equity options
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to join a scaling fintech sales team. This is not a rebuild - it’s a high-performing, ambitious environment with strong leadership and clear product-market fit.
You’ll own the full sales cycle, targeting mid-market and lower enterprise organisations (typically £3m+ revenue). Deal sizes range from £15k–£100k+, with a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motion. This role suits someone who thrives in a structured but fast-moving environment, enjoys complex sales cycles, and wants exposure to building within a venture-backed scale-up.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full 360 sales cycle from discovery through to close
- Run structured discovery with Finance, Operations and C-Suite stakeholders
- Manage multi-threaded sales processes with clear pipeline discipline
- Accurately forecast and consistently hit / exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Contribute to refining sales playbooks and best practices as the team scales
Experience Required
- Strong academics
- 3-5+ years B2B SaaS closing experience
- Proven track record of hitting quota in a mid-market or enterprise environment
- Experience selling £15k–£100k+ ARR deals
- Comfortable selling into Finance / Operations stakeholders
- Strong discovery, objection handling and negotiation skills
- High ownership mindset — comfortable in a scale-up environment
- Ideally fintech, payments, or financial SaaS exposure (not essential)
