The Brief:
Title: Account Executive/Commercial Associate
Location: London (Victoria - 5 days in office)
Salary & Package: £40 - 50k base + OTE + shares
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Commercial Associate / Junior AE to join a fast-growing sales team. This is a 360-degree AE role, giving you ownership of the full sales lifecycle -from prospecting to closing - focusing on selling through accountants to SMBs (1–20 employees) across the UK.
You will be a key player in building relationships with accountants who, in turn, refer their SMB clients to the team. This is a high-velocity role where your work directly impacts growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals
- Sell Adfin’s invoicing platform through accountants to UK SMBs
- Build and nurture strong relationships with accountants and their clients
- Conduct demos, clearly presenting product benefits in a consultative manner
- Pass clients to Customer Success for ongoing account management
- Contribute to shaping a high-performance sales culture
Experience Required:
- 2–3 years in sales (SDR or Junior AE experience preferred)
- Academic background from a top 100 University
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and running demos
- Autonomous, self-motivated, and able to manage a large pipeline (6,000+ potential leads)
- Strong commercial awareness and experience selling to SMBs or through accountants
