About the Role

As a Field Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, setting up high-quality meetings for our Account Executives, and helping build a predictable sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify and visit potential customers through outbound and field activity
  • Initiate conversations via onsite visits, email, phone, social, and other outreach methods
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit for JustTip
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies through testing and feedback
  • Hit (and exceed) monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline goals

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in SDR, Field Sales, or FMCG sales
  • Solid track record of exceeding targets - within payments or hospitality a big +
  • Passionate about startups and making an impact
  • Evidence of achievement both in work and in your personal life

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and personable
  • Comfort with outreach, rejection, and follow-ups
  • Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and good with time management
  • Familiarity with CRM tools

Pay range and compensation package

  • £35,000-£40,000 + Matched OTE Y1
  • Clear path for growth into Account Executive or other sales roles
  • Collaborative, supportive team environment
  • Hybrid work setup (4 days in London/in the field)
