Job Summary

  • This is a true 0→1 AE role.
  • You’ll be one of the first commercial hires, working directly with founders to build the sales motion from scratch - not follow a playbook.
  • Full cycle ownership (including outbound), selling a technical product into fintechs and regulated businesses. You’ll help define ICP, messaging, and GTM strategy while closing early customers.
  • High ownership, high ambiguity, high impact.
  • Not for someone who wants structure - ideal for someone who wants to build.

Experience Required

  • 2–4 years closing in B2B SaaS (SDR prior)
  • Comfortable in early-stage / low-structure environments
  • Full cycle experience (incl. outbound)
  • Experience selling technical / complex products is a plus
  • Strong ownership mindset
