Job Summary
- This is a true 0→1 AE role.
- You’ll be one of the first commercial hires, working directly with founders to build the sales motion from scratch - not follow a playbook.
- Full cycle ownership (including outbound), selling a technical product into fintechs and regulated businesses. You’ll help define ICP, messaging, and GTM strategy while closing early customers.
- High ownership, high ambiguity, high impact.
- Not for someone who wants structure - ideal for someone who wants to build.
Experience Required
- 2–4 years closing in B2B SaaS (SDR prior)
- Comfortable in early-stage / low-structure environments
- Full cycle experience (incl. outbound)
- Experience selling technical / complex products is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset
