Our exclusive Consulting partner urgently requires the services of an experienced Business Analyst to join a project team delivering a high-profile Gov/GDS program.

Skills / Experience needed:

We do NOT require SC Clearance for this project. Only BPSS.

Core Government & Policy Skills:

Translating Policy Intent

Understanding the 'Policy-to-Delivery' Lifecycle

Navigating Governance & Constraints

Stakeholder Management (Public Sector)

GDS & Service Delivery Skills:

Fluency in GDS Principles: Not just knowing the 10 Government Design Principles, but actively applying them.

Applying the GDS Service Standard

User-Centred Analysis

Agile & Lean Methodologies

Core Business Analysis Technical Skills:

Requirements Elicitation & Management: Expertise in the full lifecycle of requirements. This includes facilitating workshops, interviewing stakeholders, and using techniques (like '5 Whys') to get to the root of a problem, not just the symptoms.

Business Case Contribution

Data-Driven Decision Making
