Our exclusive Consulting partner urgently requires the services of an experienced Service Designer to to join a Central Gov pilot project focused on improving data skills.

You will be responsible for:

Owning:

• Journey mapping and service blueprints
• Ideation and co-designing workshops with stakeholders
• Service design prototypes for testing

Supporting:

• Research and user testing activities
• GDS service assessment
• Beta roadmaps and Discovery / Alpha reporting

Must haves:

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven experience advocating for user-centred design in complex public sector environments
