S/4 P2P Architect/Lead Field Based Salary range £80,000 to £90,000 per annum, car/car allowance, plus 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits including cycle to work scheme About the Role The S/4 P2P Architect / Lead is responsible for designing, leading, and maintaining end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and sourcing transformation expertise within the practice, ensuring client implementations deliver best-practice SAP S/4HANA Procurement solutions. As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
- Lead the overarching architectural design for S/4HANA Procurement, Sourcing, and Inventory Management, ensuring seamless integration across Finance (FICO), Logistics (SD/PP), and external networks.
- Drive the presales capability for the P2P stream, configuring and demonstrating Private and Public Cloud SAP Procurement solutions to prospective clients.
- Embed the latest SAP offerings within the P2P stream by leveraging SAP Activate tools, templates, and Cloud ALM for fit-to-standard workshops.
- Drive business process mapping and procurement transformation, utilising practices like Signavio
- Design and present educational webinars and interactive workshops detailing specialised P2P offerings and modern procurement innovations.
- Lead complex solution demonstrations, guided buying walk-throughs, and value-proposition pitches to senior procurement stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Extensive SAP consulting experience, with a proven track record leading functional teams or a solution architecture practice specifically focused on MM/Procurement/P2P.
- Relevant certifications in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, SAP Activate, or Cloud ALM are highly preferred.
- Proven experience supporting sales teams, scoping procurement transformation roadmaps, and constructing statements of work (SOWs).
- Direct experience with process modeling platforms like SAP Signavio and digital adoption platforms like WalkMe.
- The ability to translate complex procurement processes into clear, high-value business outcomes for large audiences.
- The flexibility for national and international travel to support strategic presales bids, architecture workshops, and client alignment sessions.
