Business Development Manager

As Business Development Manager at Unipro, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing and winning new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Marketing and Sales Development to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and prospects' needs to inform business strategies.
  • Develop tailored proposals and deliver dynamic presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow ongoing business
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, development, delivery) to ensure we delight our clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, pipeline status, and market insights.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years proven experience in business development within a digital agency or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-orientated, with a passion to succeed in a sales environment and able to work independently.
  • Proven track record of new business wins and increasing revenue growth
  • Demonstrable strategic and business vision
  • Well organised and able to deliver accurate and concise information and reporting
  • Strongly capable with internal systems (MS Office, CRM etc)
  • The freedom to travel, as required, to client offices and to our HQ in Havant, Hampshire (mandatory when required).

Desirables

  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Experience selling custom software solutions
