Senior Inside Sales Representative
Job Description Summary
Proactively generate qualified sales appointments via multi-channel cold outreach (phone, email, social) and targeted campaigns. Conduct thorough prospect research and qualify leads using BANT to build a robust pipeline for Unisys. This results-driven role requires achieving activity metrics, accurately logging interactions in CRM, and collaborating with sales/marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contacts prospects via phone, email, and social media to schedule qualified appointments.
- Develops and executes targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest in Unisys solutions.
- Effectively qualifies leads using the BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) to ensure they align with Unisys' target customer profile.
- Maintains accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments in CRM.
- Conducts thorough research to identify and target prospects within specific industries and markets.
- Utilizes various lead generation tools and techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Delivers compelling presentations and demonstrations of Unisys solutions to pique prospects interest.
- Effectively communicates the value proposition of Unisys offerings and addresses prospects inquiries.
- Collaborates closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimizes lead generation efforts.
- Stays up to date on Unisys product offerings and industry trends.
Key qualifications and requirements
- BA/BS degree and 2-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
