Overview
Join a growing team within one of the UK’s fastest-expanding infrastructure services companies. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting innovative contracts across Energy, Major Projects (including Carbon Capture), Water, and wider engineering disciplines. As a Systems Support Specialist, you will optimise and maintain work management systems—primarily Totalmobile—helping teams maximise functionality, improve processes, and enhance the overall employee experience. You will support digital transformation by improving system usage, ensuring high-quality data capture, and contributing to real-time performance reporting. A proactive mindset, strong IT and Excel skills, and the ability to learn quickly are essential. Experience with SQL, Power BI, and system integrations is beneficial but not essential. Strong communication skills are vital, as you will collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise system usage for office and site-based teams.
- Support and develop a network of system Super Users.
- Assist in transitioning teams and data from legacy systems to Totalmobile.
- Manage subcontractor access and maintain configuration accuracy and data integrity.
- Act as a key point of contact for Totalmobile configuration, setup, troubleshooting, and change requests.
- Collaborate on projects involving Power BI dashboards, reporting, and client system integrations.
- Test new features, enhancements, and functionality releases.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve data and system challenges.
- Work closely with Totalmobile’s technical support team.
- Keep guidance documents, process maps, and video tutorials up to date with the Training & Engagement Lead.
- Ensure accurate data capture to support project performance reporting.
- Provide weekly performance reports to operational leads.
- Travel to operational sites when required to support teams.

- Proficient using Microsoft Office programmes; incl. Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Full UK driving license
