Digital Transformation Support Officer Band 3

The Digital Transformation Officer will support the Integrated Care System in digital transformation work such as patient access to health and care records.
This role will involve:
- Taking and typing of minutes
- Organise meetings and workshops
- Diary management
- Administrative work such as completing spreadsheets or preparing documentation for meetings
- Updating the issues and risk log and supporting with other project documentation
The successful candidate should be highly motivated, have relevant experience and evidence of involvement in implementing change and projects. Good organisation and communication skills are essential. The candidate must be willing and able to travel between all Trust sites.
Main duties of the job
The Digital Transformation Support Officer will support transformation work such as the electronic patient record. which involves:
- Programme/project and department administration support.
- Administration support for digital delivery.
- Taking and typing of minutes, agendas and liaising with Chairpersons.
- Organise meetings and workshops.
- File and retrieve all programme and project documentation.
- Updating the issues and risk logs for projects.
- Stock ordering and ensuring delivery to correct teams.
- Signposting general digital enquiries

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).

Person Specification
Previous Experience
- Working knowledge of using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Experience of agenda preparation and minute taking.
- Experience of organising meetings and events.
- Evidence of working within a team
- Experience of working in a previous administration role.
- Experience of working on providing administration support for projects.
- Working within an IT environment.
- Experience of financial administration such as raising orders, invoicing and book keeping.
- Knowledge and experience of the PRINCE 2 methodology.
- Previous NHS experience in primary or secondary care.
Qualifications
- 4 GCSE Grade C or above to include Maths and English Language or equivalent qualification
- Trained in NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience
- ECDL or equivalent experience
- RSA Level I or equivalent experience
- Pitman or equivalent shorthand qualification to 60wpm
- PRINCE 2 Foundation project management qualification or equivalent experience
- RSA Level II or equivalent professional advanced typing/keyboard/word processing qualification
Knowledge/skills/aptitudes
- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- To ensure confidentiality of client and staff data.
- Organised methodical approach.

- Flexibility and ability to adapt to rapid change.
- Willingness and ability to travel between all sites
