Are you an experienced Information Manager or BIM Manager with a deep understanding of project lifecycle information systems and international standards like ISO 19650? Do you thrive on collaboration and want to make a real difference in your community?
Join United Utilities (UU) and help us deliver a smarter, safer, and more sustainable Capital Programme. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our digital information systems and processes support efficient project delivery and provide accurate, complete asset data to our operational teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Champion compliance with information requirements across internal teams and external partners.
- Lead the development and optimisation of project information systems and processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to unlock insights through data-driven solutions.
- Work closely with Regional Delivery and Engineering Managers to monitor programme data and resolve issues.
- Ensure seamless and accurate information exchange with the supply chain.
- Keep guidance and specifications up to date and relevant.
- Deliver training and support to staff and contractors on systems and processes.
What we’re looking for:
- A relevant degree or ISO 19650 accreditation, with proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of project information systems (e.g. Common Data Environments).
- Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, digital engineering, intelligent P&ID systems, and asset coding.
- Confident influencer and negotiator with a focus on assurance and compliance.
