Job Purpose

We're looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to be involved in creating, producing, and analysing reports for internal stakeholders across the business. You will provide technical support to the Performance Manager and Performance Analysts, ensuring the maintenance and development of the current suite of reports to deliver accurate insights and enhance operational performance.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Performance Analysts, providing guidance and fostering collaboration.
  • Produce accurate, high-level reports and dashboards to meet business needs and tight deadlines.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including directors and senior leaders, presenting insights and recommendations.
  • Analyse data trends to identify opportunities for performance improvement and efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting processes, ensuring documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive innovation, proactively seeking new ways of working and challenging existing practices.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Proven ability to build scorecards, dashboards, and complex reports using tools like Tableau, Excel, and Alteryx.
  • Strong operational knowledge with understanding of regulatory measures and performance data extraction from systems such as Exasol/Exaplus/Databricks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence to lead meetings and present at senior levels.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage workloads effectively while driving continuous improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong decision-making and collaborative team-working skills.
