We are currently recruiting a Senior Technology Project Manager to join our IT Operations team. This is a high-impact role within our dynamic project management function, where you’ll lead the delivery of complex technology programmes that support infrastructure optimisation and change management across our regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of Technology Services, IT and OT projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed time, cost and quality parameters
  • Define and apply appropriate delivery methodologies based on stakeholder needs and risk appetite
  • Establish and manage project governance, tools and processes to ensure consistent standards and continuous improvement
  • Monitor project performance, identify deviations, and take corrective action to maintain delivery against plan
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations (e.g. CDM, HASAWA)

About You:

  • Proven experience managing and delivering complex technology projects across IT/OT environments
  • Skilled in applying a range of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
  • Commercially astute with experience managing supplier delivery to time, budget and quality
  • Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
  • Formal training in health and safety standards relevant to project delivery
