Full Stack Engineer

Full-Stack Developer | £45k–£60k | North West (Hybrid)

Ready to build systems that thousands rely on We’re looking for a pragmatic Full-Stack Developer who loves shipping well-tested software, designing clean APIs, and improving delivery through CI/CD, automation, and modern DevOps practices.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and improve robust, scalable systems across the stack.
  • Own the delivery lifecycle: backlog, sprints, coding, testing, deployment.
  • Work in a cloud-hybrid environment (Azure/AWS/GCP) with modern integrations and secure deployment patterns.
  • Enhance CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, observability, and automation.
  • Work with event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) to power new features.
  • Mentor junior developers, share best practices, and collaborate closely with Product & QA.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and influence architectural decisions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Commercial experience in C++, C#/.NET, Java, Golang, or Python.
  • Strong with RESTful APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
  • Hands-on with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
  • Cloud-hybrid experience: Azure, AWS, GCP, and on-prem.
  • Strong fundamentals: testing, SOLID principles, Git workflows.
  • Agile mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Based in or willing to travel to the North West office.

Nice-to-have: Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform/ARM, Identity/Auth (OAuth2/JWT), front-end testing (Jest, RTL), fintech/healthcare/B2B SaaS experience.
