This organisation is a recognised market leader in the UK, operating primarily within the property sector. They deliver a diverse range of property services, supporting communities across multiple regions.

The Role

This is a strategic leadership role, focused on the end to end delivery of a Data Platform. The role is split between coaching and leading the Data delivery team, influencing best practice and putting more structure in place as the business continues to grow.

About you

• Strong track record delivering modern data platforms and semantic layers
• Proven experience coaching, mentoring and leading Data Engineering teams and best practice.
• Lead modernisation programmes of legacy data to cloud native environments.
• Driven pace, resolved blockers and maintained delivery momentum throughout.
• Acted as a partner with BI, technology, and transformation teams
• Translated business demand into deliverable data outcomes and represented delivery progress clearly at leadership level.

The business is also currently undergoing a large-scale D365 implementation, so any experience with ERP / Databricks migration is highly advantageous.
