This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative engineering team where you'll remain hands-on with development while building the skills needed to progress into a future Lead Developer position. You'll work closely with an experienced leader, gaining exposure to technical decision-making, delivery planning, mentoring, and architecture.

The Opportunity

Working within a growing technology function, you'll help design, build, and evolve modern applications using the latest .NET technologies and a microservices architecture. You'll have the freedom to influence technical direction while continuing to solve complex engineering challenges.

Skills and Requirements
  • 5+ years' commercial experience with C#/.NET
  • Building and consuming .NET 6+ Web APIs
  • Microservices architecture experience
  • SQL Server or similar relational databases
  • Entity Framework and/or Dapper
  • Agile delivery environments
  • Experience with Angular or another modern front-end framework
  • An interest in mentoring others and progressing into leadership
What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing scalable applications and services
  • Designing and integrating APIs
  • Improving existing platforms and systems
  • Leading code reviews and promoting engineering best practices
  • Writing high-quality, well-tested code
  • Contributing to architecture and technical strategy
  • Supporting team delivery and taking on increasing leadership responsibility over time
