We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with a passion for modern engineering, distributed systems, and real-time applications. You’ll play a key role in shaping system design, driving technical standards, and delivering resilient, scalable services across a complex global environment.

What You Bring

• Strong experience with backend development and at least one core language (Go, Java, C#, or Python)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimisation
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
• Experience mentoring or guiding engineers and influencing technical decisions
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
