£60,000 to £75,000 + Benefits.

An established organisation is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a growing team delivering impactful, real-world solutions.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, working closely with stakeholders, and having genuine influence over delivery and outcomes, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and contributing to the design and delivery of high-quality solutions
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand challenges and shape outcomes
• Mentoring and supporting less-experienced team members
• Championing best practices across delivery, quality, and ways of working.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer
• Proven technical background using C#, Java or Golang
• Strong technical background with React, or Angular and TypeScript
• Willingness to learn new skills - GCP and AI.
• Confidence working in stakeholder-facing environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
