We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build and optimise the internal platforms and tools that power our engineering teams. You'll work across Golang, Python, TypeScript, and React to deliver scalable, high-impact systems on both on-prem and cloud environments. You'll take ownership of key projects, shape best practices, and mentor junior developers.
What You'll Do
- Build and enhance automation, tooling, and full-stack internal applications.
- Lead deliveries and guide junior developers.
- Write clean, reliable code and improve existing systems.
- Drive innovation and solve complex engineering challenges.
- Oversee project lifecycles from design to deployment.
- Maintain robust testing, monitoring, and coding standards.
- Contribute to self-service platform capabilities.
What You Bring
- Experience building low-latency, scalable systems.
- Strong skills in either Golang, Java, C#, Python, or TypeScript, and/or modern frontend frameworks.
- Solid understanding of IaC, networking fundamentals, and Linux.
- Comfort with high-volume transactional environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.
