Technical Lead – Software Engineering

We’re looking for a Technical Lead to join a high-performing engineering team working on the re-architecture of a large-scale, business-critical platform.

You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable systems, guiding technical direction and supporting a team of developers building modern solutions. The team works across Golang, React, Cloud platforms, Kafka, SQL, .NET and TypeScript in a fast-paced agile environment.

This is a great opportunity to combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, helping shape architecture and best practices across the platform.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in backend or full-stack development
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers
• Knowledge of technologies such as Golang, .NET, TypeScript, SQL or Kafka (or similar)
• Passion for scalable architecture and clean engineering practices
• Ability to communicate technical concepts across teams

What you’ll do

• Lead technical design and architecture for scalable systems
• Guide and mentor developers within the team
• Build and enhance high-performance, enterprise-level platforms
• Collaborate with product, testing and engineering teams
• Contribute to technical strategy and solution planning
