What you’ll bring:

• Proven leadership across multiple software teams and managers
• Strong technical background in systems integration and software delivery
• Experience across full software development life cycle—from concept through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing owners
• Ensure systems are resilient, and scalable, and deliver an exceptional user experience for both consumers and internal teams.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire engineers and leaders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and improvement
