We are recruiting on behalf of a leading E-Commerce business, our client has experienced continued success and growth since they were established over 12 years ago and are looking for an experienced Data and Insights Analyst to join the team.

Within this role you will have the opportunity to support the COO reviewing area of the business such as: logistics, supply chain, operations, distribution, customer service and stock.

Role:

• Ensure that data being collected is being collected accurately and in a timely manner
• Make sure that data is stored in a way that is easy to access
• Extract insights from data to help the business make decisions
• Create reports that help the business understand the data
• Share insights with key stakeholders, such as company leadership
• Define business probelms, gather data and develop solutions
• Review data to solve problems and learn about customers
• The role will be split 60% data insights and 40% data analysis
• Experience with system integrations

Skills/Experience:

• Ecommerce, Distribution, Logistics or Retail background preferable
• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Proficient using Excel
• Self-driven and organised
• Good communication skills
