This role is more senior and hands-on than the Grade G Test Automation Engineer role. L ead-level automation engineer who can drive automation strategy, lead a small team, perform functional/API/security/performance testing, and has strong experience with Karate and enterprise integration technologies

BOE Sure-Shot Selection Criteria: A profile is likely to be shortlisted if it demonstrates:

• 8-10+ years automation experience
• Strong Karate Framework experience
• API Automation (SOAP UI, Postman)
• Security Testing
• Performance Testing (JMeter/LoadRunner)
• Experience building automation frameworks
• Leadership or mentoring experience
• Kafka/IBM MQ integration testing
• Scripting skills (Python/JavaScript)
• Enterprise-scale application testing experience
