Microsoft Dynamics 365 Licensing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Licensing Specialist to join a growing team, supporting both internal stakeholders and client engagements.

In this role, you will be responsible for advising on D365 licensing, ensuring compliance, and identifying cost optimisation opportunities across a range of projects and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on D365 licensing (Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform)
• Support sales, presales, and delivery teams with licensing input for bids and proposals
• Ensure licensing compliance and accuracy across all engagements
• Identify opportunities to optimise costs and improve commercial outcomes
• Work closely with internal teams and Microsoft/CSP partners

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in Microsoft licensing, with a focus on Dynamics 365
• Strong understanding of D365 licensing models and the CSP framework
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
