• 8-12 years total experience
• 5+ years Performance Testing
• JMeter and/or LoadRunner
• Dynatrace or New Relic
• Grafana and Splunk
• Azure/AWS performance testing
• Python Scripting
• NFR definition experience
• Docker/Kubernetes exposure
• Jenkins/GitHub Actions
• Strong performance analysis and bottleneck identification
• Banking
• Active Security clearance
