Service Account ManagerSalary: £27,000 per year | Location: Harrogate | Hours: Full-time, 9am - 5pmBenefits include 32 days holiday (including stats) plus your Birthday off, gym membership, company pension, employee wellbeing program and free on-site parking.Our client is a well-established business based in Harrogate. A new position has become available within their Service Department due to continued growth. They are looking for a Service Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customers and nationwide Field Engineers. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Role and ResponsibilitiesManaging service accountsMaintain an excellent level of customer serviceManaging Field Engineers diaries and booking appointmentsEnsure SLAs are adhered toUpdating customer portalsProviding quotations to customers and following upProducing and sending out invoicesKeep the system up to date and create new customer profilesRaise more complex problems with the Technical Team and Senior Service Account ManagerCandidate Requirements:Previous administration experienceStrong communication skillsIT LiterateStrong experience in a similar busy and fast paced office environmentRelevant telephone based customer service experienceExcellent attention to detailTo apply for this fantastic opportunity please send your CV to Beth via the link provided.TPBN1_UKTJ
