Job summary

The Bristol NHS Group is seeking a Group Temporary Staffing Systems Administrator

To provide high-quality system, finance and data support to the Temporary Staffing teams across the hospital group. This includes production of daily reporting, managing incoming invoices and data validation and maintaining accurate records.

Main duties of the job

To provide high-quality system, finance and data support to the Temporary Staffing teams across the hospital group. This includes production of daily reporting, managing incoming invoices and data validation and maintaining accurate records.

To be responsible for preparing, inputting and extracting data from systems ensuring that data is accurate and meets the needs of stakeholders across the Trust.

Handle routine queries from internal and external staff and agencies relating to temporary staffing data, performance and finance.

Knowledge and Experience

Essential
  • Experience of working as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
  • Understanding of information governance and handling of confidential information
  • Experience of managing own workload and meeting deadlines independently
  • Experience in systems, finance or administration in a busy, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Knowledge of Excel and experience of producing data reports
Desirable
  • Previous NHS experience

Skills and Abilities

Essential
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and in person) when interacting with colleagues, internal departments, and external stakeholders
  • Proven accuracy in both written and verbal communication, with attention to detail
