Digital Projects Administrator

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and organised Digital Projects Administrator to support the effective and efficient running of the department, and delivery of a portfolio of digital, data and technology-enabled change projects. You will provide essential coordination and administrative support, helping to keep processes, documentation, reporting and governance activities up to date while working with a wide range of clinical, operational and digital stakeholders.

Main duties of the job

  • To provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Digital Projects Team and wider Digital and Data Services department.
  • To provide a full co-ordination and administrative service of all relevant meetings and workshops.
  • Wider diary management within the department where relevant.
  • Maintain, store and update documents in shared areas ensuring version control andaccuracy.
  • Maintain and update systems and processes in line with Trust and local processes, ensuring data quality throughout.
  • Undertake data collection and analysis against relevant systems and processes.
  • Support the Digital Project team members with aspects of project management relevant to the role.

Experience

  • Previous experience of an administrative support role
  • Advanced experience and working knowledge of a range of IT applications including MS365 products
  • End to end co-ordination and support of meetings
  • Maintenance of accurate and timely records keeping
Desirable
  • Experience of working with project management software and platforms

Interpersonal Skills

Essential
  • Excellent customer service skills demonstrating understanding of requests and timely responses
