Senior Administrative Assistant

Job summary

An excellent opportunity has arisen within our People Digital Team for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join us as a Senior ESR Administrator.

You will provide a high quality, customer-focused administration service, supporting the ESR team, managers and colleagues across the Trust. The Trust has been selected as an early adopter of the NHS People Portal, and the team will play a key role in supporting the transition from ESR to the new system.

The role involves a wide range of administrative duties, responding to queries from managers, colleagues, bank workers and permanent staff. You will need excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment, and a flexible approach to work.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, together with strong keyboard and Microsoft Office skills to ensure accurate data entry and record management. You will work closely with colleagues as part of a supportive team whilst providing an efficient and professional service.

This is predominantly a home-based role, with occasional attendance at on-site meetings required. As such, you will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently.

If you are looking to develop a career within People Digital and Workforce Services, this could be the ideal opportunity. In return, we offer comprehensive training, support and opportunities for development.

Main duties of the job
