Marketing Campaign Manager (12-Month FTC) - Coventry

Location: Coventry (Office-based, 5 days per week)

Start Date: October 2025

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

We’re working with a global technology business that helps companies connect their systems, devices, and data to work more efficiently. Their products and solutions are used by businesses around the world to improve communication between equipment and software, making operations smarter, faster, and more reliable.

With a strong reputation for innovation and collaboration, they continue to grow across Europe and beyond. They’re now looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their UK team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys running campaigns from concept through to delivery, working across digital, social, and event channels to drive awareness and generate leads.

The Role

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email, and digital channels
• Develop engaging content in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies
• Track and report on campaign performance, using insights to guide future activity
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure campaigns align with business objectives
• Support events such as trade shows, webinars, and customer roadshows
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in digital or campaign marketing, ideally within a B2B environment
• Proven experience delivering measurable marketing campaigns
• Confident using tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot or Dynamics 365)
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and report insights
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects
