SAP Lead Project Manager

Job Description:

SAP Lead Project Manager (preferably with SAP PLM implementation experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP projects across platforms such as SAP PLM, SAP DTLS, Self-Healing, and DOT.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and business users.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with SAP best practices.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide timely updates to executive sponsors.
• Oversee system testing, user training, and change management activities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, project risks, and communication plans.
• Create and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP Project Management experience, preferably in the pharmaceuticals industry.
• Strong experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Proven experience in both Agile and traditional project delivery environments.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of GxP (Good Practice) guidelines.
• Preferably prior experience with project management.
